With the climate control units we are able to store our completed product in a safe secure climate. Jenna has been absolute delight to work with .. a definite asset to the company !

I am moving soon and decided to look into Life Storage on Haven Ave in New Lenox, IL. And I am SO GLAD I did!!! I have had the most pleasant experience, starting with setting up the reservation online with Linda R an Internet Sales Representative who helped me decide what size unit I should purchase. I met with Jenna the store manager at the New Lenox location today and she was everything and more then I expected! So nice, accommodating, helpful… I could go on and on! She really did make the process so easy. Moving is stressful already and I feel like I have found the perfect place to store my belongings, knowing they will be in good hands. If anybody is moving and can not decide where to go, I would definitely check out this location; it is worth it!!! I will definitely use them in the future for all moving needs. Staff were really helpful, storage areas were nice and facility was well maintained in and outside areas. Overall experience storing here was excellent and everything was hassle free and the process was easy getting a storage spot with a lock.

We recommend this Life Storage facility without hesitation. The team, Patrick and Jenna, are outstanding - both so helpful and friendly. The entire facility is clean and well-lit and the exterior of the property is well-maintained. We rented an indoor unit, which is completely climate controlled - down to the ability to drive into the unit to load/unload. They even provide heavy-duty carts to help you move your stuff. The location is well monitored and very safe. We wouldn't hesitate to use Life Storage facilities in the future.
