(November 29, 2019, 8:24 am)Honestly this place is a God send and we’re very lucky to have a pediatric emergency department so close by. My little guy woke up pretty sick on Thanksgiving and all the staff...nurses, doctor’s, techs, and even a specialized social worker to help keep the little calm we’re absolutely amazing. Very kind, compassionate, and thorough. I’m glad they we went and I’m grateful for their kindness and compassion, as it turns out he has early stages of pneumonia.

(October 24, 2019, 7:51 pm)Been here a couple times for both my kids and never had a bad experience. Last month was a time a parent never wants to go through with their child, being on the verge of losing my my 5 yr old when we got to the emergency room. Everyone the nurse's the doctor's social workers everyone was truly an angel surrounding my daughter. She ended up needing to be transferred via helicopter to another hospital with a PIC Unit but I will forever be thankful and grateful for everyone's kind and caring help they immediately gave my daughter in helping to save her life.

(August 14, 2019, 11:54 pm)I have to say.... I havent been pleased with my past visits to JCL Deer Valley. But When I gave them a try for my 2 1/2 yr old daughter cause she was having alot of stomach pain. Oh my gosh... The Nurses, the Doctor was incredibly awesome, even the Child Life people was there!! Everyone I mention helped my daughter and I dont know what else to say but thank you from the bottom of my heart! Even Child Life gave her a knitted blanket (that someone made and donated) and a toy elephant. Ever since we came home, my daughter truely treasures her knitted blanket and her elephant. She takes it everywhere with her. I want to say thank you again!! You guys are highly reccommended!

(April 8, 2019, 7:33 pm)I came here after my son being misdiagnosed at PCH. I had nothing but an amazing experience. My son has Nurse Chelsea and Dr. Murphy they both went above and beyond for my son. He’s only four but Chelsea did extremely well with drawing his blood. She even brought him an actual spider man toy action figure . She was so sweet to my son myself and my husband. She made the entire visit to the ER okay actually. Dr. Murphy was able to figure out what was wrong with my son and was extremely pleasant . I wish they had a pediatrician office with Dr. Murphy and Nurse Chelsea I would definitely drive out of my way to have my children seen by theses too. I will only go to this hospital with my children from now on.
