(October 21, 2019, 12:09 am)I dropped in on two different sessions while I was in Phoenix last week. One class was with Brian and the other one was Mario. Both did an excellent job making me feel very comfortable, working with me on alternate exercises for my knee issues, and motivating me to push hard.In addition, both ladies working the front desk were courteous, friendly and patient helping me through the process.I highly recommend OTF and specifically this location in Happy Valley.

(July 20, 2019, 2:17 pm)I am absolutely addicted to Orangetheory! It really has become my home away from home. I’ve made great friends and I absolutely love all of the staff. My body fat has gone from 31.6 to 21.2 just since January and I actually have muscle tone and abs now! ????????????
I feel bad for people who go to a regular gym and have never tried Orangetheory before. They probably dread going. I go seven days per week. I absolutely love it and look forward to it!!!! -
