  Tim Roberts was quick, friendly and informative. I went in for an oil change and he me know of a recall my car had. Gave me an approximate duration of service that turned out to be very accurate. He answered my questions and went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer.

  Aaron Cheesmond at Midway Nissan was great! He helped me get all the important fixes done under the amount I had available. He even checked with Nissan first regarding a possible recall and saved me big $$. The only reason I gave 4 stars is they had my vehicle for 4 days and didn't even offer a rental.

  My initial concerns upon purchasing a used car were addressed and they made the buying experience much more enjoyable. Purchasing a new or used vehicle is a big decision and they want to take some of the stress out of the process. They are in the business to make money but they do seem to value the buyer and want to develop a positive relationship and satisfy the customer as much as possible.

  Midway Nissan wasn’t my first choice because I live in Tempe but I was in the area and it wasn’t a mistake. Kyle helped me so much with my car and I felt comfortable to trust him the first time...and now, every time. I could see how much he cared when he put in the time to check out everything and did not cheat me. He made sure my car came out better than when I took it in. I will always make the journey out to Midway Nissan now because of Kyle. Thanks again for the great service!

  Dana and Mica were amazing. I know I gave them a hard time about prices but they were able to work with me and get me a price that was due able. Also mad sure I was happy with everything.
