(June 29, 2020, 2:46 pm)I have been going to this shop for the last four years. I went in as a beginner to cycling and wanting to lose some weight. These guys are super helpful. I have not had a bad experience in the shop yet. Sometimes, you have to wait, especially the last for months, because they are always busy in a good way. Very knowledgeable staff that listen to your needs. They have been great to my wife when she needed help getting into cycling. She is 4'10" and needs things adjusted to fit her. The staff treats her just like a long time roadie, getting ready for a race.
This is what great customer service is knowledgeable without being elitist.👍👍
