Staff was great, explained everything step by step. Veda was amazing!! Not at all a pushy sales woman! Easiest transaction I've ever completed, no wait time on credit check, easy trade in process and I recieved my beautiful car as promised.

Good price, especially in this low stock market. Rafi and the finance guy were not your typical car dealership employees of the past. In and out in under 2 hours, including a fairly long test drive. Second purchase from them and both experiences well above average.
I had the best purchase experience at Chapman! Shawn Miner was my sales associate whom made the sales experience great. He is very knowledgeable about the cars, no pressure sales person and worked to get the best deal for me. There were no hidden fees like at two other Hyundai dealerships. This is the second Hyundai new vehicle I've purchased at Chapman also with Shawn since last year. I love the quality and value that Hyundai gives their customers. Chapman also has a good inventory of vehicles which others did not.
I just purchased a 2022 Hyundai Venue last week with Philip. Philip was fabulous! He is great at his job! Answered all questions and we were done in a timely manner. My car hadn't had the windows tinted yet so he told me to just contact him and let him know when we could get them tinted and we would schedule a time. He got back to me very quickly and we were able to get the windows tinted. I had my 1 year old daughter with me and we had gone on a walk just up the street to Walmart while we waited. When the car was done Philip had called and asked if I was still at the dealership and I had informed him we were not and he offered to come get us. I definitely was NOT expecting to get picked up. I really appreciated it since it was hot out and having my daughter with me. Thank you so much Philip! We will be back!
Not bad for a car dealer! 😂🤣😂. Ha! Just kidding. I have bought Hyundai cars and SUVs from this dealer for about 10 years or so and have not had an unpleasant experience with them. Their service dept has always been prompt and courteous, as has their sales dept. I'm not an expert on car prices so I can't say that I've been given the best price possible but I've tried to get a basic idea of what a specific car sells from the Internet before going to the dealer so I don't think I've been over priced by much, if anything.
