  We started our home buying process mid-August. We met Bryan and he was clear and precise to every step that is expected. Being a 1st time homebuyer here in the US, we really consider him as God’s instrument for us to be able to make solid plans and execute each decisions that is fitted to our goals. We must say that he is really a patient, understanding and a highly professional guy. Always dedicated and was 100% readily available to all our inquiries, needs and sometimes demands. It is also important that you trust your realtor. As for me and my wife , it was easy as we consider him a family already (really). We would not be able to reach the final step and close the deal, not to mention to move in smoothly without his knowledge and expertise in his craft. At the end of this amazing journey, we consider Bryan as an integral part of us landing to our dream home.   We were first time homebuyers and Bryan made the process comfortable and non-intimidating. He was always available in responding to our questions and uncertainties. He would give his honest and objective opinions about home styles, functionality, budget etc and that helped us in choosing our Dream
  Home. He would summarize and rephrase information from our meetings with the lender, builder to help Us understand better, knowing that we are new to this.
  It was a fun journey honestly, and we had a good share of laughters, stories and life lessons on the side. And throughout this process, we have gained friendship in him. Thank you Bryan! ????
