I was shopping w my 16 yr old daughter for her first used car. We arrived on a Saturday morning Nov 2020. I had made an appt to look at a couple cars w Joseph, the owner. A little tidbit is that he earned his degree as a Mechanical Engineer from ASU. We had a nice experience with him. Very polite. His lot is nothing fancy but don’t judge that. You’re buying a used car and getting a very fair deal. What matters the most is how we were treated and how someone conducts their business. He let us test drive the car, even gave me $5 to get it washed as it had gotten dusty and I wanted to see the paint. We ended up purchasing a 2015 Hyundai Elantra that day and took it home. There were a few minor setbacks like having to replace a tire right away but things like that happen. The one setback that took a few days to figure out was that it needed a new Oil Pressure Sensor because the car kept wanting to turn off (a safety mechanism the car does). Joseph and his brothers made sure that's all it was, fixed the problem and we got the car back 2 days later. We've had the car for almost 2 weeks now and it's running great and my daughter is happy to have her own car. Joseph has called a couple times to check on the car.
