We have a very good experience buying our mattress there. Josh was very helpful, guided us to the product we finally bought, but was never pushy. I would say, where finding a sales rep in most of the places is difficult nowadays, it was a real buying experience to have someone with lots of product knowledge.
The delivery was very prompt and efficient. Altogether, I will highly recommend this place.

It was nice that they have the beds on the show floor for you to tryout, the salesman did not pressure is into the most expensive bed they had, the opposite happened. We came in with a strong idea of what we wanted to look at (a purple bed) we were shone that, and we commented that it was a bit too firm, me then showed us the next in line but said that the price jumped a bit from the one we originally looked at to this style. We picked out the one that we are hoping will work for us.

This is the place to go, especially if you are a first time mattress buyer. I worked with Josh and he is an extremely professional and helpful salesman. He helped me pick out a great mattress along with giving me advice on a base to pair it with. He was informative without pressuring me to buy, and I left to think it over and make a decision. I called back the next day to order and they remembered the mattress I had looked at, it was extremely easy to get a delivery scheduled with pretty minimal lead time. (I ordered Sunday and it will be arriving Wednesday). Overall it was a great experience and refreshing to receive such great service. They also had great deals and when I compared them to various other sites it was obvious they were the best value. It’s evident Mattress Firm sets their employees up for success by providing quality products and service to back them up. Thanks Josh and the Mattress Firm Team, can’t wait to start using my new mattress!

It was seamless. Called, asked for a specific mattress. Received an email to pay and was provided directions to the warehouse to pick it up same day was well worth it. Even though the mattress cost more then another place. It was great to pick it up same day versus wait for 2-4 weeks for it to be delivered.

I can not say enough good things about Cody and the service he provided. He was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable…. He did a great job communicating all our options, explaining the product…. Our experience was great. It exceeded any expectations for buying a mattress.
