They are trying to say I had only liability on my car when I had full coverage. I think they are just trying to get out of the claim! I’m amazed. I have had them for 8 year with a clean, good drive record, no accident, and pay my home owners and car insurance on time every month. I can’t believe this is happening!!! I’m so stressed out. Insurance company are supposed to be there to help you and be on your team. It feel like at this point I may end up with a lawyer. I asked them a bunch of questions when setting up my policy and have the paperwork showing I was covered. Not sure how this could happen? Has anyone else had them try to do something like this?

Amica realized they made an error and are working to process my claim. Hopefully, it works out.
