(February 16, 2021, 12:49 am)Amber was great. She was very detailed with all information concerning mattresses. Amber was patient with us as we tried several mattresses. Amber assisted in getting us some great discounts. She put us at ease and even convinced my husband (tough old man) to buy a new mattress. I also want to thank Mattress Frim for having a military discount. I can't believe the new mattresses will be delivered this Saturday (unbelievable fast- other web site said 5 to 10 weeks out). Thanks Mattress Firm

She was very professional and knowledgeable as she guided me through several options. Miss Amber
listened to our needs and concerns then made suggestions that helped me with my decision.
I am extremely satisfied with the products Miss Amber helped me choose.
I would recommend her to anyone I know who is considering buying a mattress. I will also return when
I'm ready for a new mattress.

(September 30, 2020, 12:21 pm)We went in yesterday with the intent on buying a box spring, and maybe a mattress with it. Long story short Ian was amazing he showed us all the things and was very factual and we ended up purchasing the dual adjustable base and the cooling protectant cover. Not only was Ian super patient with us, but he was VERY knowledgeable with the products and kind to boot it! When we were checking out we had Allison she was new learning the ropes and she did so well! She was efficient and thorough. Thank you Ian for going the extra mile to make our experience great and thank you Allison for checking us out, you did amazing! We are repeat customers and it's because of folks like them that we will be back! Thank you both!
(May 11, 2017, 5:32 pm)I haven't seen Dr yet, I sure was impressed to actually get a friendly helpful person on the phone in that office! Amazing!! I'm scheduled soon, others 3-4 weeks out..I'm looking forward to this, simply because I was treated as a person..not "just another patient" !
