Last year, I was heartbroken when I came to the conclusion that my mother needed supportive care, for a very serious medical condition, that I could no longer give on my own. During one of the most challenging times in my life, Amy, her husband, sister, and staff stepped in. They treated us with so much kindness and compassion when I needed it most. Their home was always kept very clean, they provided special activities for the residents, and made sure that my mother always had exactly what she needed. They went above and beyond to take care of my mother, and I cannot thank them enough for all they did. It is hard to have peace of mind or any comfort when a loved one is sick and you want the best for them. Amy and everyone who works with her did their best to provide some of that for me. This is a wonderful place with wonderful people. Highly recommended.”

“I had to wait 1 and 3/4 hours for a ride home on a very hot day The technicians staggered their lunch break so they could keep the office open for me during the lunch hour. It usually closes from 12:00-1:00 which enabled me to wait in air conditioning until my ride came. They were very patient trying out different masks to make sure I got one that fit. “I am a recent "graduate" of Nightingale's home care services. I had an extremely complicated situation for the nurses that took anywhere from 1-2.5 hours per visit 3 times per week for 12 weeks. Overall, the level of care was outstanding. Amber was my primary nurse and did a truly stellar job mastering my care. She was consistently EXACTLY on time for about 30 visits and was very communicative. Abe and Linda also assisted and were both truly caring nurses and wonderful human beings. I was extremely impressed with their level of care and would not hesitate to use Nightingale Homecare again.”

“I think Dr. Monder is a very good Doctor. He is currently treating me for my thyroid and he also specializes in Osteoporosis as well. I would just like to say, first impressions aren’t always correct and it’s important to give people a 2nd chance and to build rapport, especially with your doctor. Dr Monder really cares about his patients and only wants the best for them. Dr. Monder even called me about my lab results himself. How many doctors do that? He is a very kind and caring Doctor, with many, many years of experience.”

“Great Doctor and free hearing tests. Took my elderly uncle in for a hearing test, the doctor was great. My uncle does not speak English yet the doctor was kind and understanding. He checked his ear and noticed right away that his eardrum was blocked, he recommended an urgent care to remove the blockage and then advised us to follow up to complete the hearing test.”

“I have known Nick since I want to say 2009 or 2010. I have trained with him on and off through the years. One of the best trainers I have had. He is fun but he also pushes you and knows how hard to push you. He keeps the routines fresh and never the same old boring workout. He rarely ever cancelled or rescheduled me which in my book is a big deal, but I know life happens sometimes but he never made it a habit. I live in Oregon now and I still prefer to use him as a trainer. He keeps great communication always checks in on me. Asks how the workouts are and if anything needs to be changed. I stand behind Nick he is a great trainer and is always learning new things in the training world. He adapts very well. Give him a try what else do you have to lose?”

“I give the whole center a solid 4 stars, mainly due to it being so far and how my last appointment was held back 40 minutes. It takes a little bit to get the hang of how things are run there, like needing to walk up to any glass with a person versus just one/two people acknowledging you. If its not your first time, you can use the machines to sign in, which is nice. The pharmacy and lab are completely separate so you need to sign in for those separately. As for the doctor, others are not wrong but I dont see his way as 'bad bedside manner'. He does push his book, but I was newly diagnosed T1, so it was very informative and barely cost me $5. He also got me to join JDRF and run their 5k in the spring, which was great! I got a ton of resources from them, pamphlets, and even a hand written note saying they understand and are there for me with whatever questions I may have. Its been a great transition for me thanks to both of them. He is computer heavy, especially at first, but I believe he does this so that he can be reminded of each patient since he sees so many people. Could it be better? Sure, but unlike other doctors he hasn't dismissed my symptoms and has always answered all my questions. My first/second visit alone was a solid hour each going through my lab work and making sure I understand how to manage diabetes, insulin, testing, ect. He kind of approaches thing from a hardass dad kind of way, like my own father, so maybe Im just use to the type of person but I like the no nonsense approach. I never feel stupid or lost when I leave and I truly believe he is very knowledgeable and cares. But doctors are like therapists, keep looking if he's not the one for you”

Not only is she so personable but she really listens to what you want and likes and accommodates to all of her clients favorite styles! She’s so sweet and caring and includes hair in the price of the service which is amazing because most hairstylist do not do that. She can do everything from box braids to locks. Super talented and amazing work and I am always super pleased every time she gets me right!!
