The work he did was custom tailored to her weight, height and riding style. I normally work on my bike, but suspension can be a beast in itself unless you have extensive experience like Bob. His pricing was more than fair for what you are getting. If you think you want to get serious with your bike, I’d contact him and see what he can do for you, suspension is critical. “I wanted to be proactive instead of reactive when buying a new AC unit. I called many companies and then I called Mountainside Air. Tom and Steve are down to earth gentlemen. They came over and were very honest, I showed them my other quotes and everything was transparent. My gut said I can trust them. My gut was RIGHT! I am very handy, so they let me run a dedicated duct to my master bedroom to help save some money. We scheduled the install they were on time and very aware of my schedule as well. I bought them some donuts and they went to work. My wife and I left the house and about mid day they sent some text on the progress and said they were just about done. I said great see you on the follow up. They did everything in the contract and when we got home from work everything was clean and the house was cool. “I was tasked to get my daughter a new phone because hers broke. I think this is phone 5. There was so much info they needed that I didn’t have-pin,password,etc,etc. Jackie, a wonderful and knowledgeable young lady tried so hard to help me. We even worked with another Metro office 35 miles away. Long story short, I got a cashiers check to pay for the phone over at my daughters Metro office. Know I had spent 2 hours and then 45 minutes over to her store. They did not take checks! Really? My store at Union Hills and 7th Street made a bad day better. The one on Brown Road in Mesa did not want to help in any way. Wouldn’t call a supervisor to see if they could take my check. They even told me to go cash the cashiers check made out to Metro PCS. She did not know that was illegal. Jackie thank you so much for your patience and fantastic customer service. You could teach the staff at my daughter’s Metro store about customer service. I’ll be back to your store.”
