“Its a decent mobile home park with great management. The Manager is a good guy, he's responsible and quick to respond to any issues tenants might have. Yes, it looks like the stereotypical "trailer park," but the residents are much more classy and clean. I know from family members who reside there that they have very low to no crime. When I visit, I never see any trashy druggies or other low-lifes I'd expect to see and have seen at other nicer/higher-end mobile home parks in Phoenix, Glendale and Peoria.”

“I called in during business hours, got the answering machine. I received a call back about 30 minutes later from a lady who was extremely helpful and was able to point me in the right direction. I was looking for a custom service they didn’t provide and she directed me to someone who could. She very easily could have just said “no we don’t do that” or “no we don’t have time” or even just not called me back, but instead, chose to take time out of her day to call me back and refer me to someone who could help me. Thats customer service, helping people when you know you wont make a dime.”
