Had to go back in two days later, just to discuss my plan again and had the pleasure working with Maria Camacho, who was able to go over the contract again and give advice about another upgrade. Razor line up and a brief massage sets you on your way. I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes. No substitutes, if the shop is busy or my barber isn't available, I come back another time.
