  Place needs to be deep cleaned, other than that the instructor are helpful and friendly, the front desk staff is very helpful. I gave five stars because people are messy but there is someone always cleaning.

  I am in Phoenix for business and took a weekly pass to work out in the down time.
  
  The gym is very well laid out and there is plenty of iron to move around in the Cross-Fit section. For the machines there were all I needed and was wondering if there were any missing but could not come up with one.
  
  The change room feels more like a spa, very nice done.
  
  I really liked the kid section - if I come down with family I would certainly use it. You can leave the kids there for up to 2 hours a day for 4$/hr or 25$/month.

  Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of a well rounded clean gym. Nothing is perfect and there is always room for improvement; which is why I didn't give it a 5 star review.
  
  I almost didn't become a member due to a very unseasoned, unprofessional and pushy sales rep by the name of Jillian. However a gal by the name of Elizabeth Bradley quickly turned my lackluster and poor experience around with her amazing customer service. Her positive energy, knowledge, and ability to listen to the customer's needs twice as much as she spoke; reminded me that perhaps this could simply be a coaching opportunity for Jillian.
  
  I became a member and will definitely be referring friends and family to come and check out the fym. For a great customer service experience speak to Elizabeth.

  I was a member here for two years. Had to cancel because I was moving to a location without a Mountainside Fitness nearby. Never had any issues. Great service, equipment, and machines were always well maintained. Zenas Morton provided me with great service anytime I had any issues or concerns. Thank you Mountainside Fitness. If I ever move nearby in the future, I would quickly sign up again.
