Acacia Health Center

I was recovering from spinal surgery and needed rehab before I could go home. Never been to a rehab before.

The level of care was excellent. From simple things such as aids answering call lights quickly to the doctors and (especially) the nursing staff working to find the right pain medication to help me heal, there was no lack of expertise or care for the patient.

The facility is clean, comfortable, pleasantly decorated, all with the added safety measures for patients.

No one wants to go to a medical rehab, but if you do, this is highly recommended.

Extremely helpful in making arrangements for admission from another facility. Nursing staff very attentive and eager to meet patient needs.

Acacia Skilled Facilities nurses and staff were extremely responsive to my dads care in the facility. Working very closely with his progress and needs. They absolutely went above and beyond to make my dad feel welcomed and cared for. There is such a relief when you know your loved ones are in the right place and Acacia certain was the right place!

The facility is neat and clean. All nurses, CNAs. Physical Therapists, Occupational therapists are very sweet and helped a lot to my husband. Office staff, social worker, admission staffs, receptionist in the front desk also are very helpful. I had a good time there and I am recommending this facility to all. I am giving an excellent rating for Acacia Health Center at Sagewood.

My husband was well taken care of at Acacia! We could not have asked for a better rehab center for his care. The staff, the location, the food prep and the attention to detail is five star!
