SimonMed Imaging - Desert ridge

I had a very positive experience from start to finish. Front office staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The tech (male, sorry but I don't remember his name) was kind & professional. The whole process went quickly and smoothly. I definitely recommend Simon Med.

Everyone in the office were exceptional. The Receptionist was welcoming and professional. The Ultrasound Technician was outstanding, she was very professional and put me at ease with the imaging procedure that I was having performed. She was still in training but you wouldn't have known if she hadn't introduced her trainer, I wish I could recall their names as both were exceptional Technicians.

The front desk and the gentlemen who ran my CT scan were both very pleasant and professional. The technician doing the scan walked me through everything and also talked me through each scan. Highly recommend Desert Ridge SinonMed :)

Excellent experience once I was able to make an appointment. On two occasions over the last month I have booked appointments online and received a confirmation that my request was received and that someone would call me for a final confirmation. No one ever called. I didn’t want to just show up so I called them and had to hold for 40 minutes to get someone on the line. This is when I found out that the two appointments I booked weren’t found in their system.
