(September 28, 2021, 6:06 pm)I got a shipping email the same day as I placed my order and it arrived within the reported time frame, which was great! The amount I was told on the phone was a few dollars less than what I was actually charged, which I did not like, but I still feel the price is reasonable. The gentleman I spoke to to place my order was very pleasant and answered questions. I was a little disappointed (after reading several reviews saying their cats received toys) when my cat did not receive a toy :( Overall, good experience so far.
