The first time I came, my hair did not turn out the way I asked for it. That stylist is no longer there. The manager also addressed my disappointment, offered remediation and I have a new stylist named Brett who is fantastic!!

Bret is absolutely amazing!!!!! Cannot recommended him enough. I’ve gone to him once before and have been to various professional hairstylists and he is by far the best. He is so talented and takes the extra time to give you the perfect haircut. Thanks Bret!!! After I get my haircut by him I am obsessed with my hair

Let me start with the positive-because truthfully there are a lot. The stylists are knowledgeable, and I love how my hair turns out no matter what I go in for. The price is high, but also expected in Scottsdale, and reasonable for their skills. I do not mind paying it. I am never held in here long-they are efficient and proactive in all of their work.

My only negative about the experience is both times I have come in for my own appointments, and once with a friend for hers, I often feel judged by the stylists. They’ll say something like “we don’t normally ask this, but are you okay/aware of the prices”. I know I don’t have a lot of money, I’m a teacher, and I look it. But I do my research. And I am particular about my hair. Dropping $300 for color and cut and styling is fine by me, so is $125 for cut and style. If you need to ask that question, because people are taken aback at the cost at the end, give all your clients an estimate at the beginning, or refer to the price ranges on the website, but don’t make me feel singled out when I sit down. That makes me not want to return to your chairs, despite the incredible work that is done in this salon.

I have been getting my hair cut by Bret Thomas Addams since 2016, and when I moved to Arizona I struggled looking for a stylist that could measure up to his skill. I’m a woman with very short hair and it’s just tough trusting anyone with my hair. I was so ecstatic to hear he was moving to Arizona that I immediately asked to schedule with him once he opened up his books. His skills are just unmatched and I always have such a great time hanging out while he takes care of my hair. I have grown so confident with him that I am comfortable just giving him a broad concept of what I want and he executes creatively and beautifully. The man delivers great service and experience and 13/10 I recommend him every chance I get. Get yourself on his books for a transparent consultation that will give you peace of mind and incredible confidence his abilities in making you look your absolute best by the time you leave his chair! I absolutely love how great I feel after appointments with Bret!

It was my first time at this salon and I loved it! The salon itself is gorgeous very BIG CITY feel! Lots of custom stations and very spacious. My stylist was Topher and after a brief consult we got started!i have very long curly hair and wanted a nice cut and a blowout ( it’s not easy on my hair type ) I felt he could not have been more precise! I’m very happy with my cut, style, and salon! I will be going back!!!
