  Always clean, concise, and a pleasant experience! I've earned tons of awards for from the loyalty program and I love that you can use your cup for $1.50 refill every time you go! Nice and helpful staff, comfy seats, and great sound and theater quality! I think it's funny that people complain about technology! LOL Reserving your seats from the phone app is the best thing since sliced bread!

  This was a nice theater. Seats were great. No waiting at consession counter. Restrooms were very clean. Great sound system in our theater. Our theaters back home are not this nice. Going here was a real treat for us.

  I ordered tickets online for a movie I was overly excited about. When we got to the theater, there was a group of people sitting in the seats we reserved. I didn’t want to cause a scene but also didn’t want to risk us being in someone else’s seats since we were forced to sit elsewhere. I went to guest services and the staff was so friendly. They made sure the new seats we were in would not be sold and even gave me some vouchers for the inconvenience. I felt very happy with the resolution and am thankful there are still companies out there who value customer service. Thank you Harkins!

  Always a pleasure at any Harkins. This is a family that knows how to treat you as a guest. Clean floors, clean restrooms, friendly servers, all willing to help. Prices are average but if you do rewards club there are discounts available. They have earned my loyalty as a customer.

  The theater was clean, no sticky floor. And the staff was very helpful and friendly. They didn't mind me asking questions. There was a little bit of a long line when I went, but the line went pretty quickly. All in all, a great experience. Will be coming back.
