  Maintenance always ask how things are and fix thing as fast as possible.The apartment makes sure we have good working utilities and appliances, which Santiago and James are always willing to check on. Beside being personable they always leave the work area spotless

  I have rented for over 2 years now, and I would recommend Marquis at Desert Ridge to friends and family. Santiago and his maintenance team are professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and truly enjoy what they do for a living. The property and its many amenities are perfectly maintained!

  While I did not end up living here for any significant amount of time, the Marquis at Desert Ridge has excellent and very attentive staff. It is a beautiful location, is near many different locales, and has excellent amenities. Some of the units do not have elevator access, which can be cumbersome for anyone who cannot tolerate stairs, but otherwise, fantastic staff and location to live.

  I have lived at Marquis for almost 3 years and it has been a great experience. The staff is great and are always there if you need anything. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great location that's conveniently located near restaurants, bars, shopping, gyms, and most importantly the 101 freeway. They also have lots of fun (free) events at the property. Audrey and Jane are great!
