  Hi there - I just really wanted to make sure that you guys know how lovely Kaylee (pardon if I misspelled that) in the grooming center is. She had wonderful customer service, was so kind to my pup, and did a wonderful job on his service. She really stood out, and that is one reason I am most definitely coming back! Thank you Kaylee!!

  I have received everything I have been looking for and appreciated the staff helping me maneuver the various apps and vitalcare benefits-exactly what I was looking for--as in just want what is necessary for the maintenance of my pet's health and happiness. I appreciate the no frills options. I am tired of dealing with excessive charges in a private practice vet (which I understand that they have to make ends meet for a private practice but I do not want to or have the money to support them so much)

  The manager Brian was a great help when I wanted to purchase a blue iguana but only do curbside pickup due to my health risks. I also got my oscar there, now about 10 inches long and a beautiful fish. My red eared slider turtle is also, big and healthy. Every visit to the store has been a pleasure, I even adopted my two cats there through CCC.

  Customer service at this location is really on point. Always greeted and helped in a timely fashion. My only drawback is after two visits I noticed the same tank with dead fish stuck to the filter two days in a row. Grooming department looks clean and everyone seems knowledgeable in there respective departments.

  Veterinarian Melanie walk me through the store and gave me reasons why my cat my cats actually would like certain kinds and types of food of different varieties tastes and textures that are 16 years old and that have some kidney issues just beginning she said it was important to get wet food primarily for cat and make that primarily the Mainstay of their diet rather than dried food any great suggestions told me that very at every day with different flavors textures and taste of wet food she took about 15 minutes with me to explain and listen to me about my concern for my cat and she looked at my original prescription for prescription cat food gave me a card for it from Petco. I tried this food on my cat's and they've been eating it and loving it drinking water and using the litter box effectively without any constipation it's great there happier and they're sleeping well I feel much better going to Petco and having talked to dr. Melanie veterinarian also with the staff is very helpful to and I appreciate being able to go into a pet store and not just have to order online the personalized care is what I need for my pet the veterinary offices new and it was very welcoming helpful and there were two assistance there to greet me an answer my questions the rooms looked nice and neat and more people are coming with their pets they were say hand sanitizer and masks worn and social distancing thank you a retired nurse and cat lover of two cats that are in household cats Star Trek discovery

  Better card selection than in the past. I'm also pleased to see a bigger selection of inexpensive cards. And recently, nobody has asked me the rhetorical question about my card purchase. For years, I would always get asked "Would you like some gold crown seals for your cards" and I would think, Hello, I came in here for special cards and paying $6 each...of course I want the seals! I often wondered, does anyone decline that offer? Just place some in the bag already. I don't think you are going out of business by giving me something worth a few cents. But lately, just friendly employees and no asking; they just automatically dole them out. ????

  Excellent selection of Christmas gifts & decorations. So glad I stopped in. I stock up on candles this time of the year for myself & that unexpected holiday gift. CHEERS!!!
