  Walt was quick to come to out and assess the situation, came up with a plan, and was done quickly. It was a big job and we appreciate Walt's professionalism and kindness. We will definitely be calling Walt for any future needs we have.

  I decided to install an RO system. Seemed easy enough. I started on Friday night and quickly realized that due to my pipes, I was going to need assistance. On Saturday I contacted Smiley plumbing and was told someone would be there in one hour. Walt was there in about 40 minutes. He was kind and professional. He let me know the cost up front and took care of our system. While present, a concern about our disposal was made. We just moved into a new build and the previous tech left a plastic cover in the disposal. Walt was able to use a special tool and remove this. He was kind and did not charge for this. He helped to make sure our system worked prior to leaving. I appreciate Walt's assistance in this manner. Although this was not an emergency, he was quick to arrive and help take care of this work on a Saturday when he had other things to do. I recommend Walt and Smiley Plumbing.

  Walt really saved my bacon when I came home after 8pm to find my water heater leaking. He came out within an hour, diagnosed the issue, explained the options, and took out the old heater late into the night. He worked around my schedule to install the new heater, and thoroughly explained every step and how to perform regular maintenance going forward. Highly recommend for a thorough, experienced, and friendly experience.

  Walt, owner of Smiley Plumbing and his wife Maria are stellar examples of the word "professional." They always go the extra mile to ensure all of our plumbing needs are handled with the greatest care. My husband and I feel very blessed to know such a caring couple whose primary concern is to strive for excellence in serving their customers!
