All the doctors and Nurse practitioners are AMAZING! To the people who have one star reviews, like most one star reviews I've seen about places, is they did not get what they want. The doctors always listen to me and I have had no trouble with getting my birth control removed. I have recommended CPWH to a bunch of my friends who have loved them and in turn recommended their friends to also come here. The staff is also AMAZING! They remember who you are. I've seen them interact with the kids who also come with their parents and the kids love them too. Even when I move out of state I will come to see them for my annual that is how amazing they are.
Everyone I've seen here for treatment has been awesome.
I cannot speak for the bad reviews but I can say that I have never experienced any of the things they said. We went to this clinic for prenatal care for twins and mainly saw Dr. Cyr. She is amazing. Full of positive energy and willing to answer all of our questions. We also saw Dr. Hahn, who we also loved.
Receptionist knew our names by the second visit and the billing and scheduling employees were always helpful and on top of things.
I feel bad for those who had terrible experiences and I don't want to discount them... but I will say that if you are thinking of going here then don't use those edge cases to color your decision.
