  Excellent Place and Great Prices. They were Super fast and honest. Showed me everything to ensure my car was in great shape while doing the oil change. Pete has a GREAT attitude and love his personality. The waiting are is also a VIP experience. Thank You VIP Auto Repair & Lube Center for taking care of my car!!!

  These guys are EVERYTHING!! Polite, honest and courteous. I have been to tons of places and VIP is hands down the best for customer service and price. This is gonna be my new repair shop!

  On March 25, 2019 at 6:15 PM I had had a FLAT Tire right on the side of VIP auto Shop. This was "AFTER" the shops hours. I was VERY FORTUNATE that Pete and Mike were still at the shop and they went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. My tire was NOT repairable and Pete and Mike put my spare on to get me on the road again. They did NOT hesitate one bit to help even though this was "AFTER" hours. The customer service was EXCELLENT and I will definitely return to give them my business. This type of service is VERY hard to find! Thank You Pete and Mike, you saved me this evening.

  The BEST auto repair shop in Phoenix!!! Phenomenal customer service, I received estimates from 3 Mechanic shops nearby, and VIP Auto Repair gave me an estimate of 1k less than the other so called mechanics. The others said there were so many issues, Pete at VIP did a diagnostic inspection and found the problem! I’m very impressed with Pete’s skills, more importantly, his honesty! This place of business is classy and clean. I love it when I see an upscale business take care of their customers and treated me like a VIP! Thank you so much VIP!!’ I will be back with my other vehicles and will recommend you to all my family and friends!
