I have lived in one of their properties for about 3 years now. I have never had any issues with them. If something needs fixed they send someone out very quickly. I will only deal with Antoinette. She is the only one who gets stuff taken care of. Always a pleasure speaking with her. Pay rent on time every month and they do their thing and we do ours. Pretty simple concept.

I can't speak to any experience except my own. I have lived in one of their properties for 4 years and haven't had any issues with them. They have always helped us when we needed it, but we are also proactive and reach out to them before anything bad happens. I love our home and I dont plan on moving until I can downsize into something smaller. When our dishwasher broke we had a new one within 2 days. The only thing I am not a fan of is their yard people; our sprinkler system broke and they were unable to fix it after multiple visits. Antoinette has always been kind and understanding to me, but I also speak to her kindly and ask for understanding. For the neighborhood I live in, the rent is reasonable and we are very happy here.
