  We had a pretty good overall experience. The packers were very careful. The movers did pretty well on both ends loading and unloading. Only had a few issues where furniture could not be reassembled due to the parts not being with the furniture (disconnect between picking team and loading team) so we have had more work to do putting some things back together. However, we were pleased over all even though wish the communication was better between both ends of the trip. I was told our things would be at our house on Monday so we drove all day with pets and a bunch of kids to be there on time. Then when we arrived we were told our load wouldn’t be unpacked until Friday, which did not work at all with our schedule. However, I am so appreciative of the effort Glenna put in to rearrange our unload day to Tuesday. I’m sure it put her in a bind but she went above and beyond to help us out. Thank you GLENNA!!! Our family is very appreciative of your efforts.

  Pleasant staff, move coordinator Brenda was very resposive and informative. Packers and movers were also on time and efficient. Wish they had been better at labeling some of the boxes and not using some of my decorative itens as wrapping material. But other than 1 or 2 small items that were broken, everythong arrived in intact

  Great crew of employees (both warehouse and drivers). Company is very up-to-date on current regulations and is looking out for their employees and customer safety at all times.
