Tuff Spas

There were some hiccups in getting the spa delivered on time due to a machine breaking down during the manufacturing step.

However once it arrived it has exceeded our expectations. It has easy access (we are in our 80’s) and it is not jut a hot tub. In my opinion it provide massage therapy we love everything about the spa especially the folding top

The sales person was very helpful and kept us updated I highly recommend this spa

Tyler was very helpful and informative with helping us decide which Tuff Spa to purchase. In a couple of weeks we will be relaxing in our new Tuff Spa!

I called the Stuff Spa Phoenix location, and spoke to a customer service agent named Ian, who was not only knowledgable but extremely friendly and helpful. He ran me through numerous pricing options for a replacement part and made sure to two day air it to me once I settled on an option. I didn't have to wait on hold at all and was tested with patience, when I asked a whole list of questions. SUCH a refreshing experience!
