(December 18, 2018, 10:04 pm)The company we bought a couch from engaged R&L to deliver it. There was a minor miscommunication and it got sent on a truck too large to get into our neighborhood. This was going to screw us up having furniture in place for Christmas. They figured out they had a smaller truck in the area, transferred two pallets from the big truck to the small, and delivered it, still within the time schedule. They really went the extra mile for us.

(August 12, 2018, 12:46 pm)I was sent to R+L Carriers to hook an empty trailer. I arrived around 18:15 on a Saturday. By calling the security office number that was on the sliding gate, I was able to enter, take care of business, and then depart with no problem. That's very convenient. Thank you R+L for making things work well.
