Stone Systems of Arizona

This hotel is really nice! The only issue is you can not check in early without a fee before 12. We had a change of plans and drove throughout the night hoping we could get in to our room before the park that day but they said there would be a charge. We've stayed at Disney hotels before and they said there was nothing available for early check-in but would text if a room was open. This was not even an option for this hotel. This hotel is within walking distance but the Disney hotels are much more accommodating. We've stayed here twice and would stay again, but I feel this is better for a convention. The Continental breakfast was for cold food only, the hot food was an upgrade. The surrounding hotels have better choices for free breakfast. The hotel is esthetically pleasing but we didn't spend much time in the room. Room service was nice and the food was great. Overall, the hotel is great but for the price, a cheaper hotel will do the job.

This was by far, the best hotel experience I ever had. We stayed 5 days and I did not want to leave. For a couple, the room has a lot of space! The bathroom was so clean and the shower was spacious and just so relaxing after a long day. The bed was super comfy, it got a little hot a couple of the nights bc the ac shuts off when you leave, but it cools down pretty quick. The staff was also so welcoming and always accommodating. It was so nice that they let us check in early and always greeted us when we came in. I think what I enjoyed most out of our stay was how clean the whole hotel was! Just walking in the lobby had the best smell and made you feel relaxed. I think for the price, this hotel is amazing!

The hotel was excellent. It was very clean, staff was friendly, the entry was very welcoming with pleasant entry music and decor, the rooms had a very calming scent and aroma. We ordered room service and the food was amazing. Location was also very key, within walking distance to Disneyland, surrounding shops, and restaurants nearby. The beds were very comfortable and only wish we could've packed them home with us. The only drawback, that otherwise would've made this a 5 star review, was a very very slow draining tub during out showers. Upon investigating, it looked to be a huge clog from clumps of hairs through previous guests. My suggestion would to add "check tub drains" during routine guest room changeover cleaning. Other than this, our stay was fantastic.

My family and stayed at The Westin Anaheim for 4 nights! The staff was fantastic- everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The bellhops and valets were attentive and professional.Perfect location to the parks and all of the Disneyland Resort activities. We included the breakfast buffet with our stay- I highly recommend. Fred was our server each morning and he was just wonderful. Remembered our drink orders and special table requests after the first morning.

Beautiful hotel! The beds are so comfortable, best sleep I've had at a hotel. I will be ordering some of your pillows because I loved them. My kids loved the view of Disney California Adventure from our room. We also enjoyed our food at the Rooftop Bar. The gentleman playing the guitar and singing really set the mood for an awesome relaxing vacation. Our server was amazing! The only downside was the Rooftop bar hostess, she made us feel unwelcome, but the rest of the staff and the firework show compensated for that. We will definitely be back next time we visit the Disney Parks.

The customer service manager, Deanna, was fantastic! We had some issues with the contracted installer, and Deanna was able to remedy all of it. She was also very polite and accommodating.

I couldn't be more pleased with the way that I've been treated so far. I've contacted the multiple times concerning the progress of your countertops. They have "ALWAY", been extremely accommodating, courteous, of my concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend these professionals for your countertop needs!!! ( A SPECIAL WELLDONE TO Ophelia and Mike, they are easy to take to on the phone!!!!

Stone Systems fabricated and installed counter tops in 3 bathrooms and my kitchen and bar area - almost 138 sq ft total. They were great to work with. They were in touch every step of the way and when something went wrong, they were right on it to get it fixed. After the final install they called me to see how satisified I was. There were some very minor things (because I'm super picky) that I asked if they could do and they had someone out in a couple of days and fixed it perfectly! I couldn't be happier - my only regret is that I didn't go directly through them - I went with Lowes for the original purchase and Stone Systems was the 3rd party installer. Lowes was horrible to work with. The whole process took 6 weeks to accomplish because they never were available to do the next step and virtually non-communitive.
