Altec Service Center

My chipper broke down in a major way last week. It was well beyond my capability and I didn't have the time to get it done even if I wanted. I rushed it over to the Altec Service Center and they had assessed it by the next day and had parts shipped overnight to get it fixed quickly. I was expecting a 2-3 week turn around like at other shops in the valley and was blown away with how quickly they got my machine back in service.
This week was especially significant since I was already shopping for a newer and heavier duty brush chipper. I had narrowed down what I wanted between Altec and the other guy and decided to order another brand new chipper through Altec just because of my experience with their service center here.
I can't emphasize enough how impressed I am with this place. They just earned a life-long customer!
