Yvonne is a ROCK STAR!! She was awesome and so helpful when I had to extend my rental.
I was in Phoenix for a wedding and to say the least was in a hurry to rent a car and get through the traffic. Yvonne could see this and got me in and out no problem!! I am coming back this fall to golf and Yvonne is my “ go to “ for a rental. Keep her Budget! For she is an asset!!!
Okay, I totally take this review back!!! I got charged an extra $94.00 . Hahahahaha!!
Miss.Yvonne is not in charge there and cannot make billing decisions. So , if she says to you that she can give you a deal on any rentals she is lying. Her boss will come in later and charge your CC accordingly. The ammount of red tape I will have to go through is too much to worry about the $94 . Thanks a-lot Yvonne!!!!!!! It doesn’t help that you are completely ignoring my calls either .
