  I had a great experience with U-Pack when moving from Arizona to Nebraska. The U-Pack container was clean and rather easy to get items into. Service by U-Pack delivery and pick-up personnel was fast and friendly. Likewise, my correspondence with personnel at the dispatch office was very professional. I am very pleased with the price, value, and service!

  The best way to move across the country in my opinion. Every UPack representative I spoke to was friendly and helpful and they made me feel a lot more at ease about moving all the way from AZ to VA. Putting all your stuff in a metal cube and shipping it across the country (and not seeing it for over a week) is scary, but you are able to watch its journey online and they let me know as soon as it arrived in VA. They also recommended a great company to hire movers when we arrived. They even stored my items a few extra days for me in VA before we got there. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone moving a long distance (or even a short one!)

  We used U-pack for our move from IL to AZ and would definitely recommend. If you are willing to pack it yourself, you will save yourself thousands of dollars. Drop off and delivery were as stated. Each delivery guy we dealt with was super friendly and Erica S with customer service was awesome. Thank you

  I used U-Pack twice to move back and forth across the country this past year. It was the best way to go. I believe it was the smallest cube that I had and I was able to fit literally everything I owned in it. This included a queen bed, entertainment center, and I stood my couch up vertically. As long as you’re a good packer, not much will shift. Nothing broke. The staff were all funny and really nice. My stuff was picked up and delivered when they said it would be. They also have an online tracker so you can always see where your stuff is at. I 100% recommend them!

  My move came off without a hitch. Everything was on time and all household goods arrived undamaged. U-Pack was very proactive in assuring that pick up and delivery was carried out exactly as stated. They were very accommodating in delivering my household goods on the exact day that I requested. The crews that they recommended for loading and unloading the truck did a great job.
  I could not be more satisfied with their performance.
