Been working at Phoenix 6 off and on for 5 years. Employees are great people but just this year upper management just really show their true colors. Yes, the pay increase really did help a minority of the employees, but for employees with 3 plus years with the company lost appox $3000 + per year in various benefits that we received and was eliminated with only $1.25 rise to make up the elimination of these benefits, we are still trying to figure out how 1 + 1 = 3 occuring to Amazon math. Now it the about the bottom line and not employees moral.
