I typically do not give 5's but my delivery from Rowley and Sons was excellent! They delivered a lift chair to my mother and she was so thrilled. She raved about how well gentlemen treated her. She said she felt like a queen. They explained all of the functions, helped her test it out and even moved her existing furniture to the garage for her. They communicated with me as well about her delivery and they came through in a big way! Mom is very happy with her new purchase!

Very happy with my delivery! The guys were great, very professional, and no damage to any of my property. Got all my questions answered, and got a heads up when they were on there way to me. Great Team!

So l am sitting reading the poor reviews on Rowley & Sons and thinking "Great" doesn't sound good. The doorbell rings and it's my delivery. They didn't notify me ahead of time but no big deal. The guy who delivered the chair even brought it inside. Overall it was a great experience.

I was VERY worried about this company based on the current reviews. Fortunately, my experience was great. I called Wayfair to figure out delivery details of a couch I ordered. They gave me a phone number for the local delivery company. It ended up being the personal number of one of the Rowley and Sons supervisors. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name but he gave me some good info on what to expect and then gave me the phone number to their office. When I called, I spoke with a very nice lady and she answered all my questions. I received a notification call and text the day before the delivery. On the day of delivery, I received a call from the movers about 15-20 before they arrived. I believe their names were Julio and Corey. They moved quickly, didn’t damage a thing and were very polite. They said they had only been working there for a couple months. All these bad reviews, maybe the company fired some bad employees and hired some new ones...?? All in all, I’m completely satisfied.
