“I often went to one in the far west valley, even after changing locations due to my comfort zone. I finally caved and began coming to this location. It took a little time to get adjusted but the staff made it so easy by always being available to answer any questions. This gym is SO CLEAN!!! Bathroom are spotless, as well. I tend to go before the sun rises, to avoid the heavy crowds and pretty much, have the gym almost empty. Staff is always helpful but I have to add, that one stands out: Gabe. Whenever I need a mat, before I even fully approach the front desk, he is ready with one at hand with a “enjoy your workout” always expressed. Other staff, is usually there but I tend to wait a tiny bit longer. Even with a mask on, I know he’s smiling; very friendly and ready to help. I enjoy seeing him there with his cheeriness in the mornings—great hospitality. My only down would be other people working out, who tend to forget to put their weights back, or are sharing the latest gossip out loud or who don’t clean machines after use. But like mentioned, this team is almost always cleaning. Great job guys!!!”

“Humberto is the best barber ever he is focused I never see him distracted whatsoever. If you do go, wait for his chair ! It’s worth it. The woman are not to great. I have been coming here for two years with my son and my husband decided to bring him this time around. Unfortunately I couldn’t check it before heading to work ( was in a rush ) this morning I checked it, and I was livid . Went back to have them fix it. Thought it was unfixable but she managed to get it right the semiconductor time. This is an excellent barber shop. See Humberto 😃😉”

“I must say I was very skeptical as it was my first time with a chiropractor but the ENTIRE STAFF is amazing. All my fears and worries were handled with care and if I had an issue it was taken care of with dignity. I will be going back for further services on my own. “Dr Knecht is an amazing doctor. I have seen her since she was at Barrows. Between Dr. Knecht and Amber I know I can get my questions answered very quickly. Only problem I ever have is sometimes they are booking appointments very far out. If there is truly an emergency issue though I know I can get in sooner. Dr Knecht will take her time and get to know you and is very thorough. After seeing a few endocrinologists with very poor bedside manners she listened to me and was finally able to help get my thyroid under control.”
