“I ordered a trailer that needed to be custom built for the way it's utilized in my business. The trailer came in the time frame that was discussed. However, some of the custom features that I ordered were not quite to spec. So, Ed jumped all over it and put me at the front of the line to get the changes necessary made. Great quality trailer and made to order. Ed and Phoenix Trailer sales went out of their way to make sure i was satisfied. And, The excellent thing about it was they didn't charge me a dime extra! I asked for a few extras and because there was a bit of a mix up on the initial order, Ed took care of everything at no additional charge! He is a great guy and Phoenix Trailer Sales is the best (trailer) company I've ever done business with. With all that said, on top of that, I checked everywhere and he offered me the best price. “The only caution I can give before entering or deciding to live here is that the speed bumps are taller than the average. My main recommendation is to drive slower over them because sometimes you'll hear a heavy drop or bump if you drive too fast. Other than that, it's not a bad area.”
