(October 24, 2018, 9:37 am)I visited Calvary Chapel Central today and I was blown away with the presence of the Spirit in this place. There were probably @150 people in the congregation. If you’re not a ‘hugger’, then this isn’t the place for you. They certainly made me feel welcome.
The worship was wonderful (not too loud).
I’m saving the best for last....the teaching was in the Book of Revelation and the associate pastor was anointed in his teaching. I can’t remember the last time I shed tears in a worship service. He brought out points from Revelation 5 that I had never heard before, so I learned a lot. That is very important for me. I went into the bookstore afterwards and there are wonderful books, pictures and accessories to choose from.
I will definitely return and if you want solid teaching from a church on 28th and Glendale, you will receive it at C.C.C. -

I minus two stars because the pastors are short. But they get those two stars back because the pastors brandish very stylish beards..... stop looking at online reviews of churches and just try them out! Minus two stars for you.... -
