  I have to say that I was very pleased with how quickly they scheduled a technician to come out. I signed up for a AC tune up. Once the technician got out here though he made it sound like the clog that I had that's causing condensation the side of the house was going to destroy my AC unit. So he up charged me a $250 to get it fixed and that's without the AC tune up that I ordered to begin with. Naturally I was feared so I said for him to go ahead and proceed with work. And after I was done I asked him if my AC unit was going to go out had they not done that, and he said no because I had a secondary drain so it wouldn't have been that big of a deal. I was very clear with him about how tight I was on money, and if there were any alternative routes. Essentially I felt like I was prayed on in a similar fashion to somebody that goes to a used car dealership. I'm not really pleased with that sales tactic. The work was good, the service for scheduling was good, but the technician really did pull a number on me. Also he didn't wear any of his COVID PP&e
  
  Update: The company contacted me and assisted with a partial refund. They've been extremely helpful. Would recommend

  Steve was very professional and informative! He inspected my A/C unit and made recommendations that would maybe help lengthen the life of this 15 year old unit. He also broke it down into a few different cost effective options based on budget! I would highly recommend Parker & Sons for any A/C service. I also have to note that in these crazy times with Covid 19, Steve showed up with a mask and it was worn at all times. Very conscious and respectful of keeping a safe distance and being safe inside my home. Thanks Steve! Very much appreciated!

  We have worked with Parker and Sons on multiple projects. Gordon and Dan were incredibly professional, and we couldn't be happier with the workmanship. Gordon ran into a snag with the original plumbing (23 yrs old) and had to replace the faucet unexpectedly. He worked with us on pricing as a professional courtesy and made a stressful situation feel smooth. We intend to hire them to install a softening and filtration system next year, and we have no desire to shop around. Pro tip, use your Costco membership for the best pricing.

  Tommy was great. He was on time, did a very professional install of my water heater, was neat and clean one of the best experiences I have had with regard to repair work. Thank you I took a picture because the copper piping was nearly a work of art.
