Chase Bank

Really confused by the reviews and comments on here. I arrived at the branch just before 9am. The doors were opened and I was welcomed by two branch employees. As we entered, they asked how they could help or direct us. As a new customer I had a few things that needed to be done. Unfortunately not thrilled with Chase practice of placing a hold on my payroll check basically suspending my funds for 5 days. Ridiculous old school practice in the year 2019. However, the branch employee did.the best she could to help me since I need my money like anyone else. If I choose to leave Chase it would be based on out date practices not branch employees. I believe Eveila was the employees name and she was amazing. I felt bad for her as she seemed to do everything she could to work around these poor business practices.

Maybe something changed recently because I had a pleasant experience here. The tellers were friendly and greeted me by name. Maybe 3 min wait.
