(January 27, 2022, 4:26 pm)Lauren and team know their stuff. I had a great improvement over the weeks. They are very personable and pleasant. When asked they give the muscle anatomy basics too.
Exercises are simple and steadily increase in their challenge levels.
I would gladly recommend them.
