Corey helped us both when we bought a house 3 years ago and rent it out recently. Both my husband and I are impressed by his mind-set and service. The big difference from other agents is that his priority is client's best interest not his. I know all agent are advertising so but I saw that's not the case, actually. Here are 2 examples that he prioritizes client's best interest over his. When we bought a house, 3 years ago, we were about to make a final decision on which property we wanted to buy. There were 2 properties that we were considering. Corey's recommended the one which worked better for us in terms of location although he knew he would get lower agent commission with that property. In 3 years, we had to relocate
and decided to rent it out. Corey GLADLY helped us to find a tenant. Well, I saw and heard some agents do not want to help on a rental, either you want to rent out your property or
you want to rent a property. He's also good in following up all the details, checking houses & paper works. He's always considerate, caring and willing to go extra miles for his clients.
I referred him to my co-workers and friends and they're very happy with his service, too. We know we will use him again for our life time agent!
