  All three times I have dealt with Cooper have been awesome. From my initial system checkup to to the installation of my new system. All of the guys I have had in my home have been knowledgeable, curtious, on time, and have done great work. I would recomment Cooper to my friends and family anytime.

  It was 100 deg. day and they were here in less than 1/2 hour and were friendly and knew right away what the problem was! I wasn't overcharged and was left with a working A/c!

  I called Cooper to come out and inspect the air conditioner in the house I just purchased in Tempe. Being new to town I asked a couple of my new neighbors who was good and Cooper has great word of mouth. They came on time and I was able to use the coupon on their website for $40 off which was nice. Everything went fine and it turned out that my AC is in great shape and good for another few years which was a relief.

  I've been entertaining bids from a couple of HVAC companies in town because I know that my AC is shot and it's about to get hot and stay hot in Phoenix. I signed a contract with Cooper today because they guy that came out, Jason, was a straight-shooter and built his quote by asking me questions about what I wanted. The other companies who came in were high pressure and very insistent that I bought a certain system, probably the one that paid them the highest commission...
  
  Cooper is coming out later today to install my system and I can't wait!
