XYZ Mobility

We’ve been working with XYZ mobility for a matter of weeks and we’re already further along than we were with “preferred” homecare in a YEAR. They’re ready to make the order for an amazing truly CUSTOM power chair that blows away our expectations of what is possible. We’re very excited about the future of my mom’s mobility in the home. We never knew a powervhair could be so narrow, with so many features.

By contrast, we spent 2 years putting up with the incompetence of Preferred Homecare to get a run-of-the-mill off the rack power chair for my mom. After delivery we had to follow up with them over and over to get modifications to make the seat fit and in the end we gave the chair back - it didn’t work for her at all and she felt unsafe.

Sean is a genius at this stuff and answered all of our questions and worked with my mom’s unique body mechanics. Mark is an excellent liaison and always returned our calls promptly. What a team! We never got any of that from preferred homecare. No advice at all about what would work for my mom, no in-person visits or consultation like we got with XYZ. I had to research and compare the chair options with them MYSELF. We’re so blessed to have found XYZ. I’d give 100 stars if Google would let me.
