La Mesa RV Center Phoenix Service

We took our 2022 Ram Thor Rize from Yuma to La Mesa RV in Phoenix today for the LP quick connect propane tank recall and 6 month ck up. We also had a couple of small items we wanted addressed...
Our appt was set for 9am and they had us in the bay at 9am..Outstanding customer service by Matthew Vronski, as well as the ladies at check in. From the initial sale last March 2022 until now we are very pleased with the customer service at LA Mesa RV ..

I experienced exceptional customer service and quality repair at this location. Christy Heisel service scheduler realized I was on my return trip home from TX and need to get in asap to determine where the noise from my trailers right wheel was coming from as I could not continue home and needed a complete inspection to determine if it was a wheel bearing, brakes or axle problem.
Ryan Mason service advisor kept me informed through out the complete diagnosis and it was a failed brake adjuster in the drum. They procured the part in a timely manner and got me back on the road. I am great full for this dealership and both employees should be commended for doing great jobs and highly recommend this dealership

I had a few waranty interior repairs that needed to be done.
I was very happy with our maintenance advisor Frank. He was so thorough and helpful. He explained in detail what needed to be done and how long it would take.
La Mesa was great working with us for a repair date, due to our pre-planned trip.
The repairs were finished much faster than they told us.
Everything repaired, exceeded our expectations.
We will return to La Mesa in the future if needed.
