My former employer. They are no longer in business as MJ Bread. It is now Wildflower Bread. Not sure if the recipes changed but MJ had the most awesome bread. You had to eat it in 3 days or less because it was 100% natural bread. Again, not sure what's going on there since they sold out to a big franchise. I just remember the how MJ had it down to a science. They were hard to beat.
