Viviana was my sales rep at their 45th & Camelback location. She was patient, kind & most importantly, knowledgeable. She answered all my questions honestly & these days that doesn't always happen. I had been to 4 different mattress stores before coming here. I would highly recommend Brooklyn Bedding to anyone looking to buy a mattress & I wouldn't let anyone else except Viviana sell me a mattress.

We had a great experience picking out our mattress at Brooklyn Bedding. Viviana was so great, friendly and honest. When we had our mattress and other items delivered to her house. We had all our items except for our cooling mattress cover. We were told by the delivery men it was “out of stock” and we would need to contact the store manager, Viviana. So I called and found out it was in stock but it was not put on the truck. Within an hour we had our cooling mattress cover delivered to our house. We had a great experience with BB and would recommend them to anyone.
