(June 12, 2019, 10:58 am)Just had my A/C serviced here. It's finally starting to get hot in Phoenix so it was becoming a serious problem that it was blowing hot air. I also know the increased temperatures means A/C mechanics are extremely busy. I heard there was a coupon for $25 off A/C services at AAMCO, so I called this shop on Wednesday night. They got me in the next day, first thing in the morning. My truck was in and out the same day. David called me once when they diagnosed the problem (for free), and then gave me an estimate for the repair. I gave him the green light and they went to work. David called me again when the repair was finished. The problem was simply a leaking line to the compressor. They replaced the line and recharged the A/C, both at a reasonable price. More importantly, they did not try to sell me on fixing/replacing parts that weren't broken. David was very courteous throughout the whole process. He also applied the $25 coupon without me even mentioning it. Now my A/C is ice cold. I will definitely be returning to this shop for future service.

(May 21, 2019, 12:53 pm)Dave does excellent work. He’s very through but never tells you that you need something done when it it’s actually necessary. I like coming here because I know I won’t get screwed over. The prices are great, especially for the quality of care you get. Everyone there is so friendly. Even the lady at the front desk (Kiersten I think her name is) always answers the phone so happy and willing to help. I recommend all my friends and family to go here. I will never go to another shop. Thank you guys for being so great over the years!
