(November 12, 2016, 1:09 am)I shattered the screen on my phone while traveling so of course I had to get a new one right away. I stopped at another location in Phoenix, but no one showed up to open the store. I found this location, thanks to Maps, and called to make sure they were open. They were so off I went. Sergio, God bless him, was working. He was very helpful and informative. He went above and beyond in answering my questions and setting up things on my new phone that suited my needs. While setting up my new phone, he was able to help another customer decide on a new phone, and answer questions I threw at him during that time. Poor guy never got frustrated and the service to myself and the other customer was never diminished. That's talent!!! So happy to provide me service that my local Boost Mobile lacks, Sergio gave me a card with the number to his store and wrote his name. He told me to call him anytime with any questions I may have about my phone or service, he'd be glad to help. Thank you Sergio! You rock!!!
